The location of Luana Garden Villa 6D offers privacy while being only steps from Ka’anapali Beach, resort pools, and the other Honua Kai Resort amenities. The two sets of private stairs from the lanai (balcony) and front door allow easy access to the Enclave’s pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Guests and family will enjoy all 2000+ sq. ft of the luxurious interior living area. We have a plan…

The open floor plan of the Villa provides 2047 sq. ft of living space. From the garage, stairs lead you to the entry front door. This side of the Villa has an elevated vantage point to admire the moon rising over the mountains of West Maui, and a short walk to the nearby hot tub and waterfall pool. The view from this side of the Villa is where you will likely see the many rainbows over the West Maui Mountains.

As you enter the Villa you have an open view through the entire Villa and lanai to the palm trees and west lawn. Take in the lovely dining area, full kitchen with island and seating. The wall separating the private lanai from the living space is a three panel sliding glass door that can easily slide into a pocket wall to open the entire living area to the Lanai and the open views beyond.

Master bedroom two offers a king bed, a large closet with closet organizers, an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door that opens to a lanai that faces the West Maui Mountains.

Bedroom three offers a king bed which can be split into two XL twin beds, a large closet with closet organizers, and a view of the West Maui mountains. The hallway bathroom across from bedroom three offers a bathtub/shower combination.
