About Luana Garden Villas at the Honua Kai Resort

The Luana Garden Villas are a unique collection of 72 three-bedroom garden residences located amidst 10 acres of lush manicured grounds at the lovely Honua Kai Resort on Ka’anapali's North Beach. Each private residence is in one of three garden enclaves featuring a private pool, waterfall features, hot tub, and shared fire pit area.

Each of the 18 buildings within Luana Gardens contains four residences – two Grounded (1st floor) and two Elevated (2nd floor). Our villa is part of the Elevated Collection and features three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms, within a spacious 2047 square foot interior living area. An expansive 500+ square feet of outdoor balcony space (the lanai) completes the impressive setting.

While all of these villas are lovely, Luana Garden Villa 6D is in an especially nice location, with filtered views of the Pacific and the island of Lanai in the distance, and an elevated view of the palm trees and expansive lawn that leads to the beachfront swimming pools and Duke’s restaurant. It’s a private space only steps from the beach.

Effortless access to the enclave and the resort is afforded via private entry and private garage. Elegant, modern finishes and premium appliances and fixtures compliment the spacious open floor plan. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation.

The gourmet kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances. Sliding doors open to reveal expansive outdoor balcony areas with plenty of space to pass the Maui time lounging or share in a memorable dining setting. The balcony has an outdoor kitchen with a private BBQ grill, under-counter fridge, and sink. The laundry room features a full-size washer and vented dryers.

Each bedroom has a comfy king-size bed (one of which can be separated into two twin beds if needed) and the living room features a queen convertible sofa sleeper, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8. Each master bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination. Both master bedrooms have sliding doors that open to their private balcony with an outdoor seating area.

Although each villa enclave has its own pool area, all guests have full, easy access to all the resort amenities at the Honua Kai Resort, including the four separate pools with waterslide, fitness center, spa, and on-site markets and restaurants. The soft sands of Ka’anapali North Beach, one of Maui’s top beaches, are only steps away!
